I can see where you are coming from and for all the money pumped into the side there is certainly a mental weakness about them.
From the 3 games they've got left in the league I'd be amazed that if they didn't get the 3 points needed to ensure 4th, stranger things have happened though and with Spurs a win or loss today will results in them either thinking they're back in the hunt for 4th or having to fight for 5th.
Whatever the outcome with us though, to even be in the situation we've got an outside chance at 5th let alone 4th is amazing.Comment

If we win tomorrow and Spurs beat City, we'll be able to close to within 1 point of City by next weekend by beating Tottenham, before City play Stoke.
