From a purely sporting perspective, are we even interested in Aguero? We should be but I am not sure we are or ever were.

I like Arn's sense of enthusiasm but imo he's unfortunately just a dreamer.

Nothing indicates whatsoever we are interested at all and given the wages demands I cannot see us being in the mix to sign him.

Apparently, Aguero has an agreement with Madrid similar to the one plastic Ronaldo and Figo had with them. Madrid have to match the buyout clause if another team does or they pay a huge penalty, and if Aguero doesn't choose to sign for Madrid should they make the bid, he has to pay them a penalty. Don't ask me how that's legal but I've been to Spanish forums and that's what they're on about

If this is in anyway true then City are wasting their time and are going to be rejected like the ugly bird in the club.
