Tevez leaving City

Got to wonder if Man City know more than has been released, or if they are just jumping the gun a little.
Instructing lawyers within 90 minutes seems a bit rash to me. Do they know what flight he was supposed to be on? Could have been delayed, could have missed it, might not have bothered trying but 90 minutes after training starting they are already issuing legal proceedings?Football without Origi is nothing

So what's this all about then?
The forward was not selected for the Argentina squad for the fixtures against Bolivia and Colombia, to be played in the next week.
Tuesday was a scheduled day off, but Tevez was expected back at the training ground on Wednesday morning.
And, after his client was pictured in Argentina, the player's spokesman, Paul McCarthy, told Sky Sports News: "He's gone to see his family.
"We've said all along that Carlos is aware of the situation in terms of getting back to his fitness. I can't really say much more until he's back in the country."Hello mert.

The PFA say that City could now have a basis to sack him! would they be able to get compensation from tevez like Mutu had to with chelsea! im sure mutu had to pay chelsea 14 million or something like that!jc - after the live score and the best Soccer Blog online

Not sure, I'd say no at a guess. Mutu was unsellable given his ban. Tevez has a resale value and City will have difficulty proving lost value between pre and post sacking given no tangible offers were receivedOriginally posted by lfcred View PostThe PFA say that City could now have a basis to sack him! would they be able to get compensation from tevez like Mutu had to with chelsea! im sure mutu had to pay chelsea 14 million or something like that!Football without Origi is nothing

Carlos Tevez's advisors have told BBC Sport the striker is still in Argentina after again failing to attend training at Manchester City on Monday.
City say that Tevez, 27, was not granted leave last week and should have stayed with the Premier League leaders throughout the international break.
They instructed their lawyers to take action following last week's absence.
Reports suggested that the player has a medical certificate which states he is unable to train or play, although his spokespeople could not confirm that.
Tevez was also due at a meeting arranged by the club on Monday, although discussions had taken place between high-ranking City officials and Tevez, and his team, over the weekend.
Both sides are understood to accept that a transfer away from the club remains the best option.
Manchester City declined to comment when contacted regarding the matters raised by Tevez's advisors.link
