i dont think he would be going to the scum. i think the reason is that its not that good a career move rather than loyalty.
if we think football players as professionals who try to do the right think for their career rather than fans who got lucky it might help all this feeling of outrage when they do things we dont think they should.
i think he has a fondness for us but that wouldnt stop him going if he thought it was the right thing for his career. Luckily i doubt it is the right thing for him.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If you look at what Xabi himself said then there is no chance that he will move before he won the Spanish league. After that he could very well end up playing for us.Originally posted by CJ View Postunless not wanted at real why would he move?
No chance that he will move to another PL club. It is staying at Real or end his career playing for Liverpool FC IMO.Stop the cyberhate

i dont think he will be moving this season. and if he moves i doubt it would be to us unless we are in a position to win things.
players do whats best for them. Fans romantacise about why they do things and the "love" players have for us.
I am sure he has a soft spot for LFC but i doubt it will influence him without any other factors being right.

If he was available for £15m he would already be here. Fact is, he is still a £30m player, and even at that price Real probably would not sell.Originally posted by magicalbarnes View PostIf he's available for around £15m, id love to have him back!"Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball."
