The Copa America hosts will be looking to kick off the tournament off with a bang when they take on Bolivia with a lethal trio in attack
Argentina will kick off the 2011 Copa America against Bolivia with a front-three boasting strikers Carlos Tevez, Lionel Messi and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
The fearsome attack, however, will be backed by a fairly defensive-minded trio of Javier Mascherano, Ever Banega and Esteban Cambiasso in midfield. Coach Sergio Batista has opted for a back four consisting Javier Zanetti and Marcos Rojo on the flanks, with Gabriel Milito and Nicolas Burdisso at the heart of the defence.
With Tevez on the right and Lavezzi on the left of Messi, the likes of Kun Aguero, Gonzalo Higuain and Angel Di Maria must settle for a place on the bench.
Bolivia will attempt to counter the Argentines with a 4-4-2 formation, lead by Marcelo Martins and Brazilian-born Edvaldo Rojas.
Argentina: Romero; Zanetti, G. Milito, Burdisso, Rojo; Mascherano, Banega, Cambiasso; Tevez, Messi, Lavezzi
