Sid Lowe said he was pretty unpopular and there had been calls for him to go for a lot of the season. Villas Boas was sounded out and he rejected them. Rafa wasn't mentioned in connection with them according to Balague (about as close a source to Rafa other than Owen ****ing Brown as you're going to get).Comment
