oh ffs, i looked at these two games earlier, thought about a double on them both losing, great odds, then dismissed the idea as quickly as i'd thought of it.

    Typical!!

Went with Citeh to thrash Villa instead.

Why does gambling always do things like that to you!

    edit: i know, because i'm a **** gambler!

            Xabi had a great game.

His free kick delivery that unfortunately Benzema failed to score was a great piece of improvisation.

That's one sentence I never thought I'd hear
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

That third goal for Ronaldo last night was something else.

Interesting Real have a tendency to conceded first at home, and still end up scoring 3 or more in most games. Clearly confident in the fact that they will just steam roller ****e teams where Barca are struggling this season.

Re: Ronaldo, he's perfect for the games against everyone that isn't Barca, ultimate flat-track bully. Great player no less.

Maybe, but he is mighty close. The guy is a goal machine. How any Madrid fan can be giving him stick is ridiculous.

Ronaldo has scored 93 goals in 85 games, incredible stats from an incredible player. He may be selfish and unlikeable to many but what a ****ing player, whereas Messi would be the gifted like no other in dribbling and balance, Ronaldo for me is the ultimate athlete, pace and power.

Another reason why he's constantly seen as "second" is that he doesn't have trophies to show for as Messi.

If he would have won CL 2, 3 times in the similar fashion and La Liga few times in succession the perceived difference between those two would almost disappear.

he's a fantastic footballer but Messi is a better one

After this season, its likely he'll have his first La Liga trophy and with 1CL already its not too much to imagine he'll get another. Nobody seems to mention that Ronaldo has proven himself in both England and Spain. Two great players no doubt.

I think Ronaldo is probably the better all round playerin the sense that he would have a huge impact in most teams and in any league as he has already sort of shown. Messi is unreal but would he be able to adapt to a different way of football in a different league like messi has!?
                                Same old debate isn't it!
