                        If he has done this he deserves a serious ban and City some punishment as well. I don't think they can say that the game has been forfeit because it has already been postponed, but if that's the case a points deduction would be another option.
                        The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
