Marmoush I think is having a season similar to Darwin's last season in Portugal and like Darwin in that season has a team being set up around him in a manner that would not happen at City.

Is noticeable that, unlike Salah, when Marmoush goes to play for Egypt he does not look head and shoulders above a lot of their other players and he misses a lot of chances for them.

For me the player City sold, Alverez, suited them more than Marmoush will if he goes there. He will get goals but I think like Grealish he will have a lot of his attacking instincts trained out of him under Pep.
Agreed - I actually think Alvarez would rip it up with us, either as deep dropping 9 or even as a 10 potentially

    Will never happen obviously

Is why I really like the look of guys like Santiago Gimenez at Feyenoord or Jonathan David at Lille as think they are a similar-ish style of forward/striker that are more than capable of being the tip of the spear and snaffling up chances but can drop deeper to link play and bring others into attacking positions.

Does not hurt that both have very high work rates off the ball and will press across the front line as well as dropping into midfield when their own team loses the ball so they can press the other team's midfielders to help win the ball back.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

It’s possible! Based only on prior seasons rather than what’s in front of us, but until it’s disproven it will be there in my mind

Just look at their Prem fixtures between now and the international break. There are some tough fixtures in there, plus they might have to deal with the fallout of the judgement on the 130 charges in the next few weeks too.

City are corrupt as **** but I don;t think even for them they can make a 39th game to acheive this.

They can get ti 86 points.

So we just need 37 points in 17 games.

We need 43 more points if we're looking at mathematical points. So 14 wins and a draw. That's on the basis that we don't play Forest and they'd need to will every game

Manchester City - 25th, will be in the play-offs and unseeded if they beat Club Bruges at home in final match.
City will be eliminated from European competition if they draw or lose against the Belgians.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Bruge are capable of an upset but I don't see it happening. But at least City will have to play extra games and could go out then

I guess some Belgians are about to become quite wealthy.
