City played well second half today.

Arsenal were very timid yesterday. They will need to go and win the League, they can’t wait for it to come to them - that mentality paralyses them.

Since City beat them in the cup teams have realised if you leave their CBs or Keeper with the ball and don’t press then they’ve got nothing, hence Rayas 39 passes yesterday.

What do we expect next weekend.

I can see city winning well and making them look silly. But that’s also because Arteta will go there will the mind set of not losing and be ultra negative. It’s going to be some absolute horrible stuff from Arsenal.

If Citeh beat Arsenal then Burnley 3 days later Arsenal will be 2nd before they play again. {sychologically that could break them

City away next then city would be three points back with a game in hand.

Draws could also kill them. I’d imagine that performance yesterday will be a slap across the face, but we’ve seen than do this before. City will have a lot of momentum if they win next week.

So what is it, they need to lose 2 of the last 6 games? Thats a pretty tall ask.

To be honest I heard them, Jason Cundy and Ohara talking about it, they were completely takingbthepiss, and saw the stat that backed the false news up.

‘A lot’ may be pushing it - but duly noted, I’ll pack it in with the Arsenal stuff after 2 in 2 days.

They beat Real Madrid in both CL 1/4 Final legs last April.
Plus 2 wins in the PL that month.

No idea who compiled that tweet but its nonsense!

Beat Sheffield United 11 April 2021 (league) and Slavia Prague (Europa) on 15 April
Chelsea and Manchester United 20 and 23 April 2022 (League)
    Leeds 1 April 2023 (League)
Luton, Brighton, Wolves, Chlesea, Tottenham 3rd, 6th, 20th, 23rd, 28th April 2024 all in the league
Fulhan and Ipswich 1 April and 20th April 2025 both in the league, and Real Madrid twice 8th and 16th in CL.

EDIT: This is a wild bull**** stat.

In April in all comps over the last 5 years, Arsenal have only won one game on April.

That was Sporting Lisbon last week.
