It's like this, pick the ball up for throw ins and then drop it again. Needs stamping out. Nearest player to the ball takes the throw in, corners have 30 seconds or it reverts to a goal kick, no messing about

Yeah that’s the main reason for posting here.m
They seem to have united many fan bases in absolutely hating them. The thing they do as a fan base that I suspect puts additional pressure on the team is veer from wildly over optimistic and confident to massively deranged and depressed. That inner steel you need to handle a title push seems elusive to them.
What you realise is that a lot of that messaging comes from the manager. The last three manager ms to win the league are Pep, Jurgen and Arne and I would say that all three of them were masterful in handling that messaging giving clarity to the fanbase and an appreciation of what the team are trying to achieve. Removing pressures. Showing humility. Acknowledging the task. Rallying the troops.
Arteta is absolutely **** at all of that.

The things that expose Arsenals weak mentality are the time wasting to see games out, like Trossard last night. Then the messaging from Arteta this also always seems flaky and weak. I do also think they are realistically the best team but their mentality seems weak.
We also didn’t really have City in the equation last season, Arsenal have been here before and they have blown it before.Bad choice of words from me however, we blew the league away in the first half of the season and built a massive lead. Others will disagree with me but I think we started to wane after Christmas and this idea of easing off actually masked what we are seeing this season from certain players. We were not fluid and we won many games by thd odd goal whereas now we are in thd opposite of that.Originally posted by Norbs View PostI disagree that we stumbled over the line. We won at a canter and absolutely left for the beach. Had we been chasing the title we were on for mid 90s in points. We only got 2pts from the last 4 games and still won it by 10pts. Even after losing to PSG we managed 12 from 15 to secure the title.
Arsenal can still get to 91pts but my guess is that they'll end up on around 80. They'll celebrate it and history will wank over the fact that they have generally underachieved. There's a good chance they win it with 10 less points than they got 2 years ago
Anyway, **** Arsenal and I hope they bottle this

Joyless ****ers.
Still top of the league after a few bumps.
Still in the running for three other cups.
All that and they are getting zero enjoyment. Just whinges, moans and looking to raise the white flag.
Makes me wonder did any of them ever have the ability to dream and enjoy being in the moment, especially the younger ones that seem to have embraced the whinge gene early on in life.

City have the experience of chasing and being in the lead all the way to the title - Arsenal don't and I think if a couple of injuries hit, they'll really struggle.

It’s infuriating seeing this and knowing if we remotely had our **** together we’d win the league
