I don't think any praise will be over the top. His achievements are ridiculous.

He really opened the door on the CL for us the last two seasons where would we be without him? him staying on could be a real sliding doors moment for us.

Do we want him to win the europa?

No chance, he's a stubborn old **** who's held them back for years. His past achievements deserve respect but Liverpool fans everywhere wishing he wins the Europa and makes it easier for a new manager are ****ing weird mannnnn.

He has definitely had an amazing career 22 years in the cut throat business of top level football is incredible, he also changed the philosophy of modern football when he arrived, there is a definite pre and post Wenger period. Also his consistency in getting into the CL (and then doing **** all was incepredible.

The thing is he should have left about 3-4 years ago, he leaves with a tarnished legacy now.

Talk of Joachim Löw as the replacement, Rodgers also.

Aye, like a TV show that went on for 3seasons too many. He changed English football in a way and thankfully opened the door to chairmen taking on foreign coaches. I think they'll give it to Rodgers.

Massive black mark over Rodgers in his final season with us and his ability to get the best out of his signings, so it will be interesting to see if he isn’t in the mix.

I’d not mind if they got Brendan.

I very much doubt he'll be in the mix for any decent job in England. He's a forgotten man up there in the wilderness.

Wenger holding on for so long now has put a stain on his previous achievements. As a club Arsenal should have gave him the boot years ago. Their loyalty to him has been to the detriment of their club. They should be going for Ancellotti but would be hilarious if they went for Viera.

Would make a lot of sense if he fancies it. Settle them into a post Wenger era and hand over to someone for the future after a year or two. As opposed to the utd approach of appointmenting a useless failure. Might help repair their squad a bit too.

He has his perfect big fish small pond job up here. Gets to test himself in the CL where the expectations are low, and is guaranteed at least two trophies and the biggest transfer budget every year.

Dunno why, but I can see him at Spurs in the future.
