I always want them to do well, just slightly less well than us. But I'm a OOT who doesn't have to deal with toffees every day. I enjoy laughing at them, but without malice. They're like the annoying little brother.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostOf course we don't want them to do well but let's take our rival hats off, who would be the best manager for them?
Eddie Howe maybe. He doesn't seem to be getting a shout for the big big jobs but would be a step up with a little more exposure. Could be good for both of 'em.

I dont know if anyone watched Sam on the SSN last night
You had Jim White fawning over him and saying how great a job he had done as usual and how unfairly he was being treated by the fans
You also had Allardyce revelling in his own **** about how fantastic he is etc..
All of this in front of Richard Bevan (head of the LMA) who threw in his usual crap
The amount of protection and lipservice they pay to certain managers is astoundingBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
