City got in same as Chelsea before everyone had cash to burn.

Everton are going to learn the same way as we did that you need to be shopping from the top shelf for years to properly establish yourself in the market.

We lucked out with the Klopp factor, Everton are nowhere near that desirable yet.

They have made some ok signings in an inflated market. Their fans will need to be patient, and even then there are zero guarantees.
