There were big rumours of Hutton being on it at Spurs. I repeat "rumours".
It would fit in with the profile though.
I think that kind of profiling is nothing more than stereotyping. I know he's Scottish but not all of them are drug addicts.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

If it involves us then I'd much rather it was the Carroll transfer for all those reasons. FWIW though, I'm pretty sure it's not seeing that all the play for him was made by us.
On what legal basis would that happen?

i don't know how the fa can reprimand whoever the selling club might be?
I would take a guess that, if Player X failed a drugs test and straight away the selling club thought..."**** it...lets get rid" - well there might be an issue, however the selling club could argue that it's the buying clubs fault for failing to do a proper medical?
And if player X failed the drugs test months ago, then is there any reason, legally to tell the buying club? there might be something where the club has to inform the FA ? but i don't know about telling other clubs about it.
should be an interesting program and the fallout will be interesting too.
As long as i doesn't involve us in anyway
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
Depends how football transfers work. It might be the selling club has to answer a list of required questions on medical history etc etc. So it may well be that the selling club is liable if they did not answer honestly
