On Off The Ball on Newstalk, the lads were wondering if it harked back to a situation years ago when Mr. Ferguson was being interviewed and Kenny passed by with a baby (maybe Kelly) in his arms and said "You'd get more sense out of her than him"... In all other circumstances you'd say that it's ridiculous notion but with that cunt you couldn't tell. Anyway, Kenny does get right under his skin definitely. "Fergie" . I don't think he's underrated - on the contrary. He's routinely creamed over. I think he's a streaky player. When he's good and scoring goals he appears unstoppable, but he's capable of serving up some right muck and goes through some very poor spells. Last season he scored 11 goals in the league. 11 ...he's already got 8 this season.

It's also worth remembering that Fatboy's 11 league goals last season included two penalties, while the much-maligned Andy Carroll scored 13 league goals, none of which were penalties.

Rooney's a fine player, but hugely over-rated. Comparisons with the truly great Pele, who I'm fortunate enough to have seen play live, are ridiculously laughable
