I know people say that his stats were decent but he was a really poor player.

His stats were good at Blackpool because he was their star player, he took all their freekicks, corners and pens which boosted his goals and assist stats. I suspect that if you took this into account his stats would be average at best (like his stats at other clubs are).

Even though he was the least expensive of CHAD he's the only one I really couldn't stand.
He had no business being a Liverpool player. He's barely a Premiership player. And before anyone brings it up, yes he was Blackpool's best player, but last I saw they got relegated.

But I agree, his stats at Blackpool were impressive but as someone else said earlier, his delivery when he joined us fell apart.

I think for us he had something like six goals and eight assists. Which sounds fine but doesn't cover up his piss poor performances.

He sure had an absolutly sweet left foot, that doesnt get you anywhere in the PL though, you need all the attributes.
