Not necessarily, but I suppose he said 'gay nonce' which whether intended or not plays into the prejudiced idea of a link between homosexuality and paedophilia.

There's also some stuff on there suggesting the guy in the video has autism and/or learning difficulties and is being targeted by the person who posted it. What he did was obviously totally wrong, but posting the video is also malicious in my eyes and not just because of the overwhelming waves of abuse that will have been directed at the bloke. I mean, if you're the guy having the piss ripped out of him, you're only going to feel worse that loads of people have seen it.
