That was one of the worst halves I've seen in a while. Spain obviously taking it easy against the crap team but would be nice if they went a couple up then took it easy instead.

        Total domination by Spain.

It would be interesting to see what was the possession % in the first half.

Pretty dull first half in England game. Like an attack versus defence session in training.

Notice they havent shown possession stats once.....wonder why that is?

It'd be nice if they actually created a chance or even had a shot though!

Imo if we want to get the best out of Suarez we should be playing Bellamy and not Downing.

I look at walcott and hes a typical product of english football. very gifted athletically but not in terms of footballing ability or any sort of footballing nous or game intelligence.

everytime he gets the ball, he doesnt really know what to do next. for a lad that plays for arsenal and england he doesnt know when to take on his man on the outside or inside. he doesnt know when to hold or release it quickly. he runs without any sort of aim and without thinking of creating space for his fullback or midfield runners.

hes got no tricks or shimmies. hes easy to read and its sad because as a kid he was ok. but since going to arsenal hes not developed as he should have. some players cant be overcoached and maybe thats walcotts problem. hed probably be better under someone like harry redknapp who keeps things simple and uncomplicated.

                a real shame

True but even when they don't create a single chance I can watch their passing all day long.

                  It's simply mesmerizing..

Interesting you said that cause I had that same exact thought myself.

The problem is that he's fairly rated in PL and one of better players and it goes to show that we shouldn't be limiting ourselves on home grown young players only but push the boundaries further cause imo for LFC to be successful once again we should be seriously looking abroad for top notch young talent.

How can you be overcoached? You just said he lacks intelligence. That can be taught to an extent, but it is also an inate skill in itself.
                      Oh I don't know.

                        Absolutely.

He should play even if Kenny persists in playing Downing.

Bit of lead in Pepe's arse there for that dive
