I predicted before the game that England would only score through a set piece and that was pretty much the only chance they had.
Spain weren't at their best and took off their two best players of the first half in Xavi and Silva. England got lucky in the first half with a couple of off side decisions and rode their lucky big time in the second half with missed chances, hitting the post, poor final ball etc.
But credit where's credit due, a decentish performance from England and tactically astute from Capello. However, tournament football is a completely different beast.
Let's hope the press don't suddenly think we're amongst the favourites for the Euros.
