Details of Anthony Martial's move to Manchester United revealed - reports

Anthony Martial cost Manchester United £36million (€50million) it has been confirmed, after the full details of his move from Monaco were revealed.

Martial completed a £36million move from Monaco, and at the time it was reported that the transfer fee could rise to £58 million. French newspaper La Figaro have reported that Manchester United agreed to pay Monaco €50million throughout the course of this season, with several add-ons written into the deal.

United are liable for an additional €10million should the striker score 25 league goals, €10million after 25 caps for France (at least 45 minutes per game), and €10 million if the striker is nominated for the Ballon d’Or.

The contract also stipulates that if Manchester United sell Martial for over €60million in the future, the they will have to share any capital gains 50/50 with the Ligue 1 club.
