Ahh Jennings I should have gotten. Armstrong I googled and he comes across as a John Giles level player maybe if I make a comparison with a player from the ROI footy team? In terms of quality rather than playing position
The rest I had no idea of their nationality and one might be a snooker player.
Better chance of me naming Welsh and especially Scottish players (as they have had loads and loads of great players over the years) than Northern Irish ones.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Such an example of how picking the totally wrong transfer can **** up your career. In reality he is going to be earning shedloads of cash at United - rumoured to be 350k per week - but his footballing career has nosedived and the fact that he went for 80m or whatever and didnt make the world cup squad says a lot.
Hopefully that will all be noted by the Jude Bellingham camp when making his move away from dortmund.
I think shaggy (or someone else) made a point about how england have genuinely class players over the next few years with Foden and Bellingham still babies but in reality if Sancho didn't **** himself up by going to old Trafford and Mason Greenwood didn't go all rapey, then they'd have been set up with some genuinely class attacking talent for the next 10 years

I don’t think so either- he’s only 19, if he was motivated mainly by money, I still reckon he’d be best off making the best footballing decision at this stage, while still making very decent money. He could have 15+ years left in his career. At this stage he’d be best off picking the team that he thinks can elevate him to being on the shortlist for ballon dors, cos that seems to be his potential. The contracts that he gets offered at 26/27 will be better if he makes the right decisions now.
I don't tip

Playing for us at Anfield compared to the Emptihad with mercenaries ? It just makes sense doesn’t it.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

You generally need to win a European trophy or International one. That's not gonna happen with City or England.Originally posted by Norbs View PostWhy wouldn't he be in line to win a golden ball at Madrid or City? You're both deluded
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Who’s talking about a golden ball? I’m talking about playing for passionate fans at a bouncing stadium & being adored by fans. And I may be deluded but I’ll not give up hope until the fat lady singsOriginally posted by Norbs View PostWhy wouldn't he be in line to win a golden ball at Madrid or City? You're both deluded
