Looking at that squad, assuming Hernandez and Wellbeck are off, it's obvious where you need to address things. I'd have kept them both and added a centre half and a centre mid.

It's ridiculous that the loan system, justified as a way of letting younger players get first team experience, has turned into this. Clubs are generating revenue acting as employment agencies.
