If Baines comes in Evra goes and then they really only need to add in a couple of decent midfielders to be very strong.

The interesting part will be what they do if Rooney leaves.

Baines to replace Evra
Garay will come in and Evans/Smalling/Jones can all play there and well
If Thiago comes in, for me they are improved.

Welbeck isn't great though, they'd be better off giving Hernandez more time.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens here; the fans will have zero patience if he doesn't start off well, imo whilst I don't imagine they'll suddenly crash to earth it could well be the start of the decline in whilst not such a dramatic fashion as what happened to us but over a period of time.

If it pans out like that then it will be a very good title race and we won't have a sniff 4th place. Arsenal would be doing ridiculously well to bring in both Rooney and Higuain and to be honest I don't see that happening.

Chelsea would still need a better CM for me, Ramirez&Lampard isn't good enough even with those 4 ahead of them.
