I think Özil would have added a lot more to Man United than he will to Arsenal. He's better than any of their other midfielders and so will strengthen them but not by all that much as creative midfield isn't their weakness.

Fellaini isn't anywhere near as good of course and his physical strength does add something to Man United. But in direct contrast to Arsenal, lack of creativity is exactly Man United's biggest weakness.

So I'm tempted to argue both clubs would be better off swapping players.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

A midfield of carrick fellaini and ozil would have been very good for united in my point of view.

Maybe it's one of those USB 'keep warm' yokes for a big bowl of porridge.

              I understand Scotches love porridge.

                Found this

Embarrassing sums it up Fellaini is not good enough for UTD's reserves. The list of names UTD chased and could not get is a disgraceful indictment for the current management. Even Loserpool managed to bolster their squad. Fellaini is a liability lacking in class and skill. The only midfielder that was not linked with UTD was Messi but ended up with a complete joke. Brendan Rodgers summed up Moyes's management as cautious, he is not wrong. Moyes's lamentable transfer tactics have made him look a clown. Even Fellaini's parents think he is rubbish

His hands aren't resting comfortably for me. Perhaps it's the faint smell of whiskey and piss coming from the chair?

                      Totally agree
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
