The previous twenty-plus years of seeing United scoop up trophy after trophy has really affected the mindsets of rival football fans. My phone hasn't stopped receiving bitter texts, my Facebook has been inundated and my Twitter timeline is full of City and Liverpool *******s re-tweeting bollocks.

I was getting grief from an Everton fan the other day. He asked me what it was like supporting a mid table team. I responded by saying "it's probably a bit like supporting Everton has been for the last 25 years"

They'll all queue up to have a pop, and we'll enjoy their bile when the club eventually turns it around.

To be fair i have spent the last 20 years giving all my Liverpool supporting fans absolute ****e, so Im having to take a fair bit of it right now and I suspect for the next 2-3 seasons.

Moyes' tactics are negative, his coaching methods are vintage and his narrative is Bodgsonesque.

I'd say it's partly his fault and partly DBF but it's 100% funny to watch it unfold!!

Yeah defo a bit of both, Moyes is dog**** but they are a very average squad that was carried along by Ferguson and referees. People got mocked on here last season if they dared to suggest they werent all that but they really arent, 1 world class player who's in his 30s and had 3 good seasons in his career, older players who look way past it like Evra, Vidic, Ferdinand, a central midfield that isnt even better than Newcastles or Southamptons let alone us, City, Arsenal etc. But his tactics with what they have got are dire, get the ball outwide and cross it, thats it! If they take the lead its get a defensive sub on to tighten it up. Its laughable.

They are actually hugely flattered by their points total aswell, they should be in the bottom half but luck and referees have got them some points they didnt deserve.
