So to be clear - you want a successful manager to take over at Utd in order to annoy some people on Twitter who were so perversely keen to prove a point that they prioritised it ahead of what's best for us?

this is probably true whoever takes over. some massive changes needed, it wont happen overnight, and might take 2-3 years for a decent squad to be re-assembled.Originally posted by Pablo1981 View PostI think he'd take it too. I think he'd rip their squad to shreds too and they'd probably take a while for results to improve. By which point the witch hunt would have gotten under way and he'd be hounded out. I'm actually mad just imagining it all. Cunts! Absolute cunts!!

Johnny Giles sticking it to ManU as a club........Ferguson had no business sticking around and should have walked away from the club for 12 months. Believes that the players did go to Ferguson over the last few months and he should have been sending them away rather than letting things fester...etc etc"I will make the boys feel your support"

Have I picked up SSN wrong? Is that financial specialist implying United's position reflects their financial position. He highlights that we have spent an average £40m in the past few seasons (gross I'm assuming), Chelsea have spent £40-£50m and City have spent 'way north of that'. He compares that to United who have only spent an average £14m (NET obviously) since Ferguson took over (so back in 1950, when the record transfer was £2.50).
Anybody else see that, what was his point? I obviously only seen teh shorter version which didn't make much sense. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
