Yea, in a ****ing friendly. How did he get on against Burnley?
Haha, they really are taking these friendlies serious this year.

Perhaps that explains why they are buying more forwards than they can play, going all out for the reserve league to add more silverware to the collection.

      Bunch of ****s!

Falcao and Angel Di Maria (a player for whom independent consultants have suggested United paid £20m too much) might be the biggest flops in football history. Shaw might never kick another ball again. Rojo might never get a work permit. Blind, son of Danny, might turn out to be a footballing offspring more Jordi Cruyff than Frank Lampard. Ander Herrera might be Kleberson reborn.

This is what we pray for.

Well Rojo has his work permit already

And Shaw not kick another ball again? Hmmm. goal.com-esque from Eurosport Blogs!

Both Di Maria – and fellow Old Trafford newcomer Radamel Falcao – are believed to be now earning more than Ronaldo, not to mention Wayne Rooney who reportedly signed a £300,000 a week deal with United in February.

Di Maria, a close friend of Ronaldo who shares the same agent as the Portuguese superstar, said: "I don't know how much longer Ronaldo can put up with it at Madrid. I get the impression that he is not very happy."

I really don't know how poor Ronaldo copes on the best part of £300,000 a week. Just how does he cope?

Sums up Di Maria for me. Some footballers are a completely different breed. Who was the cock who described himself as a slave?

Anyway, I can see Ronaldo ending back up at Utd the way they're spending, especially with Falcao being a loan deal. One in, one out.

Yeah, now you mention it, that will probably happen next summer.

Not a slave per se, but I could see where they were coming from.

A well paid slave? How about a well paid workhorse?

Well, we're all workhorses in that sense, are we not? We're not paid obscenely for it. Likening themselves to slaves is ludicrous.

Its all a bit different now though, a good friend of his has said he's unhappy there and Utd are desperate and paying £300k a week wages. Of course, he might just be playing for a massive pay increase, but I really do think that he might be back next season.

If it does happen I can imagine it will be for 100M+ Madrid will not want to sell, and Utd have set the price high with Di Maria. Throw in City, Chelsea and PSG all possibly sniffing about and it could be a bloodbath.

Di Maria will be on much less take home than him because of the 50% tax in the UK.

It's good though to see Madrid in a position where they might be losing a player against their will for a change. Rather than ****ing every other club over every summer with Marca as their mouthpiece.
