It does, for what it is worth, but their income is ridiculous so they are actually spending within their ffp limits. Couldn't find a better demonstration of what the critics were saying about ffp only actually maintaining the status quo by allowing the richest to spend the most.

It's hard to say how Depay will take to the league tbh, I think he'll be a great signing for the Mancs but as we know being dynamite in the Dutch league doesn't always translate.
