FWIW, half the comms went down yesterday at Old Trafford, mainly South Stand, lost all of the indoor feed and they had to revert to Sky Sports, which teared them a new one.
Also, two kitchens closed before kick off. Stadium is really ****ed up.
I make no apologies, this is me

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Does not even do justice to simply call him that based on what is being said.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Called off their pursuit of Marko cos of the growing transfer fee and "negative reaction" from the fans....so their fans are calling the shots when it comes to how the manager sees his team? Bet Ten Haag wishes he had stayed at Ajax now.

I think it’s fascinating how little coverage it gets generally, same with the Mendy trial.

Mendy isn't on trail yet, is he? There's obviously laws surrounding what can / can't be reported pre-trail.

The evidence from the first two days of Giggs trail has been reported across pretty much all sections of the media. Again there's laws on what can be reported i.e. only on what has been presented in court. Post trail and assuming there's a guilty verdict then i'm going to imagine the press will have a field day with him

Might have asked this before but what ever happened with the Harry Maguire assault? Did it all just get quietly dropped?

Had a quick search and it seems Mendy's trial begins today

Regarding the Man U squad, it is already one of the most lop sided and poorly constructed around. The fact that they have a new manager in, have suddenly realised they are not the draw they used to be and are now effectively panic buying is bad news for them.

If you look at all of the other top teams, Us, City, Arsenal, Spurs even West Ham, we all have a playing style and are building squads to fit. Chelsea are also erratic but are erratic from a stronger base.

Man U are building a squad containing signings from multiple managers and multiple playing styles, all of whom have been backed heavily, so the squad is full of big wages and players that dont fit. Ronaldo was a bad move for them, yet he is the only player who can find the back of the net. So many conundrums.

I have no idea how Ten Hag fixes this, where the expectations will be that they at least challenge for top 4. No matter what they say, the fans will be impatient (because fans are always impatient).

ETH looked shell shocked on Saturday. Not a good sign for them.

I think they are sinking towards our Hodgson season. But they may be in a worse place as an institution balancing (even a lowered) expectation with reality and trying to throw money at the solution.

Having SAF ghosting around in the background is also an issue for any new manager.
