Absolutely, Imagine he had the application of a prime Hendo. But then would Hendo have that application if he had Pogba''s Talent?

Man Utd have the bad touch, loads of players signed since lord baconface retired just turned dog **** - Pogba, Sanchez, Falcao, Sancho, Martial, Varane, Van der Beek, Schweinstiger, Schneiderlin, Mkhitaryan, Anthony, Lukaku, Di Maria, Wan Bisaka, Shaw, McGuire - surely no other club could ever have as many high profile flops?

True, but that was more against Raiola (sp) than Pogo in fairness, however, DBF, was also tuning his other son as agent to half of the youngsters and took a dislike to anyone else being represented.Originally posted by baitman View PostApparently dbf was dead against the resigning of pogba, hang been snubbed by him once.
Many a blind eye was turned to DBF - more skeletons in his closet than a graveyardI make no apologies, this is me

“That” horse was worth a fair few quidOriginally posted by Angryred View PostThat article is nearly 20 years old & was in response by the owners to Slur DBF tactics in that dispute over that horse.
- they turned a blind eye to his shenanigans and the press were equally complicit but because it was him nobody said a word. I think it was The Bebe transfer (yep - who!) that also cast an undertone of dodginess around him
He had his fingers in lots of pies!

All he was after were stud fees for a horse which he did not own which could easily been north of hundreds of thousands in £ fees based on a gentleman's agreement which he claims was made.Originally posted by Irishnev View Post“That” horse was worth a fair few quid

As if Coolridge Studs owners will let him have a claim to their cash cow!

Guessing that you meant Coolmore Stud in Fethard. Ferguson was a regular there back in the day and also in the nearby towns of Cashel and Clonmel. Would go around like the lord of the manor and had locals laughing behind his back when he was claiming to own Rock Of Gibralter and that he was some kind of horse whisperer.
His "footy agent" son and sometimes Man U players would be over too.
Ferguson was totally out of his league taking on the men from Cork and Limerick. Those two are very savvy business men whose "nice guy" public images soon get dropped when a chancer tries to push them.
Roy Keane was also approached to have a word to Ferguson at the time of the dispute (rumours were that it was at the behest of Keane's fellow Cork man Magnier) about how he did not have a leg to stand on and that a legal battle would be costly to him and gain him less than if he took the offer that Magnier had initially offered him.
I know Keane has been publically very blunt on the subject in the years since and pretty much confirmed that there were people at the club also rolling their eyes as Ferguson's claims to own this horse and that horse.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness
