We were never this bad in the 90s, our lowest ever PL finish was eight in 1994 (and 2012).Originally posted by Yozza View PostI'm 52 - lived through our great 80's dominance, the black hole that was the 90's when these c***s were rampant, the highlights that were the treble season & Istanbul to our rising again under FSG...
The Scum are as big a **** show as we were in the 90’s but without the huge debts, crumbling stadium, overpaid prima Donna’s & toxicity
Wonderful.
that said Utd have still won a few cups so it's not been all doom and gloom over the years."We oil the jaws of the war machine and feed it with our babies."

I actually quite like Amorim as a personality - he’s calm, speaks clearly etc. but he is out of his depth. The club is structurally an absolute mess. I reckon he walks at some point this season. And if he does I’ve no idea where they would go next if he leaves - it appears to be a career graveyard.Modifying post.

That's fair except for that post Grimsby car crash interview(s).Originally posted by Buzzo View PostI actually quite like Amorim as a personality - he’s calm, speaks clearly etc. but he is out of his depth. That said. One way of playing with very little in terms of tweaks in the way, say, perhaps klopp did despite playing 433 predominantly.
Even going from Slot's comments at the end of last season, start of this in which he's reiterated his desire to play more aggressively and change the team. And that's champions. He's seen two things though, we weren't putting games to bed early enough for him (let's glaze over the last minute winners so far). Or that teams had started to work us out.
That last point is always going to come to roost for Amorim if he isn't tactically flexible to some degree.
Anyway, who cares. It's funny, even when they change the boss, I don't think a lot will actually change any time soon.

He'd go there just for the payoff, and the ****s and gigglesOriginally posted by frank the tank View PostMourinho has left Fenerbache now.........although surely he wouldn't go back there as it is such a **** show now (way more so than when he was manager there)
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
