He wont have had egos like there are at chelsea before. A lot of managers are brilliant for mid table teams but cant make that jump up because of the egoa and personalities involved. I think potter might be one of them.
The opposite of that is the likes of Ancelotti.... Who can only manage top class teams and players and is ****e with fodder like Everton.
I actually think gerrard might be more suited to an elite team but we might never find out.Comment
