He's a better keeper than Cech already so it'd make sense. I'm guessing he'll stay at Atleti as part of the Costa deal though.

He is but Terry is still an excellent defender.The seem to be moving the old guard out. Gutted they have Courtois,he's going to be one of the best in the world,if he isn't already.
