Quick question, I didn't see the game or the red card incidents...I know the first came from a second bookable offence and the ref waved play on, but the second was for handball in the area, from which the penalty was scored.

I thought that if a penalty was given, then a red card usually wasn't (something to do with punished twice for the same incident). What made this handball red card worthy? Reports said "handball in the 18 yard area" not on the line or anything.
