On Sky Sports this morning they were discussing Tuchel at Chelsea and the opinion put forward that the least that should be expected from him straight, given the squad they currently have, would be to challenge for the title and cups this season.

I would love if someone put that to Tuchel in an interview. He's likely to come out with a brilliant quote along the lines of "if this club was going to challenge for the league this year, then they wouldn't have hired me mid-season"

I expect that Roman will throw another wad at it in the summer though. And if he does, then they won't be too far away from challenging.

They had a problem scoring goals last year, signing him should address that and improve them as a side, yes it's a lot of money, but again they are one of the sides that don't need to worry about such things

They have some academy and their loan structure generates a lot of cash also - they have Roman’s billions but they bring in plenty of cash also

I watched some Netflix documentary and part of it followed him.

He came across like a moron in a scene where Torres was driving them to training and he pipes up saying he wants to make sure his marketing is good. Torres tells him to forget about that and simply focus on his football but after watching that I remember thinking, what a tool.

I think he thinks he's a smart business savy lad but obviously not as he signed a 9 year contract.
