Surely this is it for his managerial career?? He probably went into Chelsea thinking that if he strung a few wins together then he could be in the conversation for other jobs in the future - say a Leicester or Southampton type club. That could have been a possibility - selling Everton as a total basket case where even Ancelotti struggled.
