Whilst that's true, its the money being thrown at the squad that concerns me. With Poch they now have a half decent manager, throwing money at will inevitably pay off eventually, much as it will at Utd.

Its no coincidence that my fear of becoming a second tier side will coincide with the end if Klopps contract, and the growth of Newcastle. Add that to what appears to be the sale of Utd who are already 2/3s of the way there and have massive revenues as well, Chelsea sorting themselves out and City, and it looks bleak.

I do however agree that I'd rather we do things the right way, but I don't think its going to be enough sadly.

That said, I'm very optimistic about our chances over the next couple of seasons as it looks like we're building a very decent squad.
