Whilst Pep is the last person that should be stating this, after 10years of corruption & underhand abuse of the rules @115charges FC; its right that it should be a topic for discussion.
The way i see it now though is the premier league are ****ed, years of rule abuse by city, chavs & now newcastle, along with the Sauidi's now coming up the inside to blow every other league out of the water; even if they truly wnted to do anything, the league simply cannot punish the cluns for fear of an exodus of players from clubs they could (should) come dowwn hard on.
