Surely at some point the PFA are going to call them out ?Originally posted by Kenneth View PostOuch

dunno but the income for Gallagher is 35m (as he is a youth player) in this financial year, and Felix will cost 8m in accounting terms.
Not sure where the revenue comes from to pay the squads wages, unless thet were fooled into signing a contract with reduced wages if they are not selected for the squad.
Id love to ser the workings for the amortisation too. No idea why they are still handing out six year contracts, or yhe players signinh them unless they were inflated, as Im guessing younger players wont want to be tied down below their market value. Especially considering their failure rateIn the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

No - I'm pretty certain that they've signed more than four players.Originally posted by John Barnes View PostChelsea have a given out contracts totalling 191 years since Todd Boehly arrived!!! MADNESS"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.
Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

The loans from Ambrovich were written off between him and the club. As for clearlake they clearly think 2.5b + a few more billion on top will result in a significantly bigger asset they can sell in x years.Originally posted by Deano View PostAgain I go back to the point with Chelsea - Where are the funds coming from to bankroll the day to plus the fees. Given the Russian era financed by loans, which were never paid back, how the **** can the EPL be comfortable with this ?
In between time they've flogged land and academy players and other accountancy levers to remain between the rules. I'd say they'd be sailing close to those (with no real understanding of their balance sheet) although next year it's about keeping the wage bill under 70% of revenue, so you can see why they need to rid themselves of the Sterlings, Lukakus of the squad... And at least a dozen others no doubt.

That cannot be right. Seems too low.
Bohely has been there from the 2022 summer transfer window onwards.
Just had a peep at their listed transfers in since that window and they have signed 42 players in (not including loans in) to now.
Given a large % of those players were on contracts far longer than four or five years, a combined contract total of 191 years seems low.
Edit: Just loked at the 10 players they signed this summer and those 10 alone have a combined contract total of 62 years.
Be really surprised if the other 32 players signed under Bohely only came to 129 years if their initial contract durations were added together.
Edit edit: Just looked at the next 12 players signed under Bohely and they come to a combined total of 80 years (82 if you add the two year extension Palmer signed).
But after 22 players it is up to 142 (or 144) years and the 20 players bought during Bohely's first two transfer windows are not included at all.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Hes a decent player but he’s too injury prone to ever be a great one. Hasn’t played more than 30 prem games a season the last 6 years and in the last 3, he hasn’t played enough.Originally posted by Sus View PostWould anyone be interested in Chilwell on a season long loan, as back up / competition for Robbo?Y.N.W.A!!!!!!
