They're probably the best run club in the league.

Ditching Wenger would be a very foolish thing to do. They might be struggling (relatively) at the moment but they've still got the nucleus of a very good side.

I know a load of Arsenal fans and a few of them have turned on Wenger, he is copping it for seemingly not spending big

I think this summer was the final straw for alot of them, losing Fabregas and Nasri and replacing them with Arteta and Yossi was a big quality drop.

He also failed to sort out the defence or bring in another striker to lift the burden from RVP

If they post profits of 50mil then I can see more and more of them bring up in arms

They'll also always be attractive to players due to both their history and London base.

If Wenger does go (Real Madrid anyone?) then Guardiola would be the most logical (he owns London premises supposedly).
        We come not to play.

after trying to get Cesc for 3 years why would he leave and go to the club he signed him from to see if he could sign him back?

Pep wont be coming to the gooners

Well they got Gervinho. Didn't work out very well though but yes, he did get someone in.
            Oh I don't know.

Does anyone else find Arsenal's list of injured players to be consistently high over quite a few years?

Very weird that article about Wenger. Job safe for '2 years' - so what are they saying, in 3 years you're getting sacked? Bizarre.

They are saying that is when his contract ends. If he has no contract, he can't be sacked.
                          Oh I don't know.

Ok so they are saying they may consider not renewing his contract then - aka, we dont know if we really have faith in you beyond your contract. Still odd.

It's not a common thing to do, granted.
                              Oh I don't know.

The only reason it makes sense for them now is that Guardiola may well be available. He would be the only condidate who would represent a continuity of philosophy whilst also being capable of shaking things up.

Wenger has been exceptionally good for Arsenal but they are at a crossroads. The same problems have recurred year after year of late. Something needs to change for teh way they are looking to defend and build a defence.
