If we can get £15m for Carroll, I think it is worth taking, we will likely not get a better offer and I cannot see his value rising.

It's a case of cutting losses, yes it seems to have been a catastrophe, but just because he was £35m doesn't mean he should automatically be selected for the team. That's not his fault or Rodgers'.
I personally think he would be a decent striker for the likes of West Ham, but in our system I think he's nowhere near the standard required.

Personally i'd be delighted if we can get 15 million for Carroll but if it is on the last day or final days, leaves us **** all time to get a replacement...after all we don't want to panic buy and do another Andy Carroll

So either hold on to him out of pride and have a striker that does not fit our system whatsoever OR take a hit,sell him and get in a CF that Rogers actually wants!! And someone who will work within the given system.
