Yes but just to put some balance on it, We were ahead of all those just a couple of seasons ago.

There is no reason in a couple of seasons we cant be challenging right at the top again, although it will take plenty of luck and a couple of great signings ( not saying we don't need more signings but two great ones would make all the difference)

It is a bit yes, looking at City's squad, and knowing they'll add the best players they can to it again, is a bit daunting when considering how long it'll be before we reach a level capable of beating them over a season.

Worse still, is it's not just them either.

I really have little faith in this FFP, even if it works in some way, it will take years to have a real detrimental effect on the wealthy clubs. imo.
