had a fun day yesterday - bar by us had everton on one screen, the city game on the big screen in middle of the bar and then us on another screen

so the pub was pretty much split down the middle

the ****ing blue noses were going mental when united/qpr scored - then city went and won and all the reds (sad i know) went ballistic

the blue noses were gutted - they then brought all the "you call us bitter.....you spent £120m and we are better" etc etc etc - so much ****ing fun winding them up

I rang my dad last night at 9ish who is a huge City fan, spoke to him for 2 minutes before realising that he was incredibly drunk. He then put me on to my mum who said he had been celebrating since the final whistle. Apparently he had been marching round the housing singing pretty much non stop. She even took the dog out for a walk hoping he would have stopped, but to her annoyance, she could hear him down the road when she came back.

Funny thing is, he is pretty straight laced and very rarely drinks in large quantities. Just the occasional Ale. He is also upper management for a supermarket chain. So has a fairly serious job.

He text me this morning saying he has got his first hangover in 20 years today

I bloody love my Dad for that. Proper fan.
