Yes but just to put some balance on it, We were ahead of all those just a couple of seasons ago.

There is no reason in a couple of seasons we cant be challenging right at the top again, although it will take plenty of luck and a couple of great signings ( not saying we don't need more signings but two great ones would make all the difference)

I think the only team we're going to catch is Newcastle. Spurs should be able to strengthen due to CL, Chelsea have money and we can forget about all of the others.
