How do you know that was fake?
That is a lot of money he lost for little work. He has to move outside of his confort zone for the first time in his career. Or perhaps it is the joy of knowing that another team out there can afford him.In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

So much botox on his plastic expressionless face, **** you, you rat faced little cunt.
And in today's news Liverpool have announced the surprise signing of Messi on a 2 year contract.
We have asked Liverpool supporter, Baitman, for comment but have not received a response at time of publication [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
However Liverpool player Andy Robertson commented that he was looking forward to ruffling Leo's hair in training.Last edited by topscorer; 09-08-21, 12:02 AM.

He was an incredible player. So underrated, and we never got to see him for Argentina at WC's in his prime because he refused to cut his hair

Obviously Covid has been the big driving factor and the loss in revenue is the reason for this. I'm not sure how close they are to the salary cap in a normal season, but looking at the numbers it seems that they were using it more as a target than a limit.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostIt’s an interesting relationship between salary caps and Covid. Salary cap is a percentage of revenue, salaries are subject to long term contracts, revenue is variable, and in extreme cases like Covid, can drop like a stone. How do you lower salaries of players with contracts or quickly increase revenue? The former is extremely difficult, to the point that creating a new Super League was probably the more feasible option.
Given the situation surely not trying to sign new players when you knew you weren't going to meet the salary cap would be a start. Aguero, Depay and Garcia will all be on decent salaries which were going to make their situation worse. Perhaps if they hadn't signed those players, the league might have been more willing to be flexible, but (to me at least) it seems that they thought they could just bully their way through the rules. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Are you kidding me?Barcelona are attempting to block any attempt by PSG to sign Messi by filing a complaint with the European Commission saying the French club would breach spending rules if they successfully recruit the Argentine. (Marca, in Spanish)

Two things here are completely unrelated:
1) Messi is arguably the great player in the world since he was 18
2) He's been paid so much money over the years, he wouldn't be able to spend it all so why doesn't he put something back into the club if he ****ing loves it so much... and that's irrespective of the financial mismanagement.
To those saying 'why should he play for free?' - it's simple, because he's partly responsible for the massive hole in the club's finances with his ridiculous salary and add-ons/bonuses for nearly two decades. If he genuinely loved the club, he'd do whatever it takes to stay... crocodile tears and 'poor me' press conference stinks to **** in my eyes. Just because you're used to printing your own money, doesn't mean you should continue to do so...
Zero sympathy for him.
