I doubt we'll go for an out an out striker which we still need so I think Dempsey will come in.

Dempsey would be a good addition to the squad for the right price. Just watched MOTD though, Moussa Dembele looked a class act. Would prefer him

Dembele offers plenty of threat in a way Dempsey doesn't, but look at the difference in their outputs. We struggle to win games we dominate - it's people who can finish we need rather than those who excel up to the point of shooting.

Oyvind Leonhardsen comes to mind. A player who scored a lot of goals and looked very good but couldn't make the step up at a big club and faded away into the background. Dempsey is good but a squad player, not someone who would improve us.

Someone that pops the ball into the net on a a regular basis is what we need. One our biggest problems is a lack of goals and if Dempsey could help with that then for the right price he could be a good signing.

We've a chronic goalscoring problem and He's a proven goal scorer in the Prem, get him in.
