Of course. It's just so far from my way of thinking it's difficult to engage with it. Really, it reads like a storm in a tabloid teacup, designed to make a story out of nothing. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

The fact is, Giggs, Bellamy and Richards all played at the highest level last season, Beckham was in the substandard MLS.
He's not good enough anymore and had he been selected it would have been on sentiment alone and nothing to do with footballing ability.
