He's been far, far from "absolute crap" as you put it. He's not even been poor although he did have an aimless end to the season, but that's more to do with Kenny than anyone else.
First half of the season he was one of our top performers but the second half of the season he went downhill. Think it was a similar situation with Newcastle at times.
