I don't blame him, QPR are ****ing horrendous. You can argue about Sunderland, but it'd be ill-advised to go to QPR. I know that it's in the best interest for us and him to leave, but as a player it makes sense to look after your own interests.

It appears he has no future here, but if he stays he'll probably think that Rodgers basically said that Skrtel, Henderson, Enrique and Downing were done and gave all of them a lot of opportunities. Although we're in a completely different position now, financially and in stature.

At the very least. If Sturridge gets injured he could be either partnered with Balo or on the bench if BR starts Balo & Lambert. Options we have with those 4 strikers.
